Joey Beenz purchased this location in 2007. We were weary of mass produced, regulated processed food that lacked integrity, we created our own unique comfort food with fresh alternatives crafted from scratch using our own methods. We use only the finest ingredients, no chemicals, no preservatives and no hidden ingredients.
Joey Beenz is about the simple pleasures in life – not just great food; but comfort food and moments for ourselves, time with friends, or just a friendly face at the end of the day. It is a place that allows people to take time away from their busy day and remember what simple fulfillment is about, whether that’s a quiet moment to read with a coffee, laughing with friends over a shared dessert or a business meeting over lunch.
We like to offer 2 varieties of soup daily and our soups are all made from scratch using the freshest ingredients with no preservatives or nasty chemicals. We have many vegetarian varieties, we also like to get a little creative and make some not so standard creations because we like to have fun with flavours and variety is the spice of life! But, don’t be shy, we are more than happy to offer you a taste sample if you’re a little unsure.Soup is such a comfort food and it surprises even us that people don’t seem to care whether it is a balmy summer day or a chilly winter afternoon, our soup still sells out!
